Üldinfo:
*Turniir mängitakse Valga Spordihallis.
*Turniirile lubatakse kuni 8 võistkonda.
*Mängitakse kahes alagrupis, kaks esimest pääsevad poolfinaali, kõik kohad mängitakse välja, igal võistkonnal 5 mängu (kokku 80 mänguminutit).
*Turniiri esimene mäng algab 10:00.
*Mänguaeg on 16 minutit.
*Võistkonda võib registreerida kuni 15 mängijat + 2 treenerit.
*Osavõtutasu 105 eurot.
 
Reeglid:
*Väljakul korraga 5 mängijat. (4+ väravavaht). 
*Mängitakse laste futsali palliga.
*Vahetused toimuvad jooksvalt.
*Väravavahile tagasi söötmine on lubatud piiramatult.
*Võrdsete punktide korral arvestatakse:
1) üldine väravatevahe
2) omavaheline mäng
3) löödud väravad
4) penaltid
*Punase kaardi korral on mängija käesoleva mängu lõpuni eemaldatud, järgmises mängus osalemise keeldu ei ole. Võistkond mängib mängu lõpuni vähemuses.
*Kollase kaardi korral on mängija eemaldatud 2 minutit ja võistkond mängib vähemuses 2 minutit või kuni sisselastud väravani.
 *Kohamängudes viiki jäänud mängudele järgnevad mänguaja lõppedes penaltid. Mõlemast võistkonnast 3 lööjat.
* Igas vanuseklassis võib võistkonnas kasutada kuni kahte vanemat mängijat, kes on sündinud hiljem kui eelneva aasta 1. augustil. Kui mängija on sündinud varem kui eelneva aasta 1. augustil, kuid tal on EJL eriluba osaleda vastava vanuseklassi meistrivõistlustel, siis on tal ka luba mängida Valga Futsal Cup-il. Antud erisusest tuleb teavitada turniiri korraldajat enne turniiri algust.

General Information

• The tournament will take place at Valga Sports Hall.
• A maximum of 8 teams will be accepted.
• The teams will be divided into two groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals. All final positions will be determined by placement matches.
• Each team will play 5 matches (a total of 80 minutes of playing time).
• The first match of the tournament will kick off at 10:00.
• Match duration: 16 minutes.
• Each team may register up to 15 players and 2 coaches.
• Entry fee: €105 per team.

Rules

• 5 players per team on the pitch (4 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper).
• The tournament will be played with a futsal ball designed for children.
• Rolling substitutions are permitted.
• There is no limit on the number of passes back to the goalkeeper.
• In the event of a tie on points, the following criteria will be used to determine the rankings:
  1. Overall goal difference
  2. Head-to-head result
  3. Goals scored
  4. Penalty shoot-out
• A player receiving a red card will be sent off for the remainder of the current match. There is no automatic suspension for the next match. The team must play with one fewer player for the remainder of the match.
• A player receiving a yellow card will be suspended for 2 minutes. The team must play with one fewer player for 2 minutes or until the opposing team scores a goal.
• If a play-off match ends in a draw, a penalty shoot-out will take place immediately after the final whistle. Each team will nominate 3 penalty takers.
• Each team may field up to two overage players in each age group, provided they were born on or after 1 August of the previous year. If a player was born before 1 August of the previous year but has special permission from the Estonian Football Association (EJL) to participate in the championship for the relevant age group, they are also eligible to play in the Valga Futsal Cup. The tournament organizer must be informed of any such exemption before the tournament begins.

2018 age group:

• Trophies and medals for the top three teams.
• An award for the best player of each team.

2015 age group:

• Trophies and medals for the top three teams.
• An award for the best player of each team.
• An award  for the tournament's Best Player, Top Scorer and Best Goalkeeper.
